Check for duplicate tasks in different Jobs

Introduction
This test case checks whether there are any duplicated tasks within different jobs in WhereScape RED’s scheduler. So, if multiple jobs have tasks that load the same object, the test case fails for that task.
How does it work?
The test case build a list of all tasks that can be found multiple times within different jobs and are referencing the same object. Finally the test case result contains a list of these duplicated tasks.
