Connecting to Teradata

  1. Open BiG EVAL and open the navigation menu “System” > “Datasources”.
  2. Add a new datasource and give it a name.
  3. Choose “Teradata” as the type of the datasource.
  4. Use the following connection-string and ensure that the placeholder-values are replaced correctly.
    Data Source=MyServerName;User ID=MyUsername;Password=MyPassword;
  5. Choose “Teradata (SQL)” as the dialect.
  6. Save the datasource.
