General
- Open BiG EVAL and open the navigation menu “Environment” > “Datasources”.
- Click on the red Plus-sign on the bottom right. If this is the first data source, there is a button labeled “Create Datasource” in the middle of the screen as well.
- Enter a name for your datasource.
- Click on “Create Datasource”.
- Setup the data source depending on the technology. See the other articles in this category to find specific technology settings.
Testing Connection
Starting with Release 2.8.0 there is a “Test Connection” button on the bottom of the data source configuration dialog for some data source types.
