Frequently asked questions

How does the free trial work?

Our trial lasts for 14 days and is completely free. There’s no commitment or credit card required to get started. You will have access to all features, data sources and integrations during the trial, as well as support from an implementation specialist if needed. At the end of the trial, you can decide whether you would like to join us.

What are the payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for monthly or annual prepaid payments through our online payment system. If you are on a higher volume plan, we may be able to offer annual invoicing upon request. Please contact us for more information about high volume plan billing.

What are "users"?

From a licensing perspective, a user is a real person who interacts with the frontend of BiG EVAL. Our subscriptions respect the concept of "named users" what means that user subscriptions cannot be shared between multiple people. If one user accounts gets deactivated, another user account can be activated to transfer a user subscription to another person.

What currencies are your prices in?

Prices displayed on this website are in USD and if not asked otherwise, we invoice you in USD. If you have other needs, please contact us.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, annual payments qualify for a discount of up to 16% (up to two months for free). Longer commitments qualify for further discounts. Please contact us to speak with a sales expert.
